The metric that actually scales your invoice.
Annual contracts, historically in the tens of thousands. Priced by seats and study volume, not per session.
Only annual prices are published. Growth is €83 a month for 300 responses, one seat and five interviews; Business is €659 for 2,000 responses, five seats and fifty interviews; Enterprise is quoted, from 48,000 responses a year and ten seats. Strengths
- The deepest participant panel, including hard-to-reach professional segments.
- Sessions come back within hours, not days.
- Analysis tooling — transcripts, sentiment, clip creation — makes findings shareable.
- Unmoderated tests and moderated interviews in one tool, so interview work needs no second subscription.
- Card sorting, tree testing and the rest of the method set are included rather than priced as add-ons.
- Recruit from your own users, Useberry's integrated pool, or through Prolific and Respondent.
Limitations
- Expensive with a high minimum commitment; unaffordable for small teams.
- Panel participants are experienced testers, which can skew behaviour towards articulate narration.
- Annual contracts do not suit occasional research needs.
- Interviews are metered — five a month on Growth, fifty on Business.
- The step from Growth to the next tier is steep: €83 a month to €659.
- Integrations cover design, recruitment, calendar and meeting tools; there is no issue-tracker or chat handoff.
