Unmoderated studies on Figma, Sketch and ProtoPie prototypes or live websites cover card sorting, tree testing, first-click, five-second and preference tests, single tasks, surveys and open analytics for free navigation, with randomisation for A/B comparisons; results come back as click tracking, user-flow paths and screen recordings. Moderated interviews run alongside them, with availability and booking links, calendar and conferencing hooks, a bot that records automatically, and editable transcripts. Participants come from your own users, from Useberry's integrated pool of verified B2B and B2C panels, or through Prolific and Respondent.
