YouTrack vs Usersnap
Feature checklists rarely decide anything. What decides it is the pricing metric, who has to write the tests, and which limitation you can live with.

The metric that actually scales your invoice.
Among the cheapest per-user trackers, and the self-hosted licence is affordable. Helpdesk projects are licensed separately — free for 3 agents, then about $5.50 per agent/month annually.
Usersnap lists tier names (Starter, Growth, Professional, Premium, Enterprise) but no figures on its pricing page, and third-party trackers disagree sharply — get a quote rather than trusting a published number. Priced by projects and responses, so feedback-volume tiers matter more than seats.

Strengths
- The command and query syntax makes bulk triage dramatically faster than clicking.
- Self-hosting is genuinely supported and reasonably priced.
- Free for ten users including on-premises.
- One widget covers bug reports, feature requests and satisfaction surveys.
- Good technical metadata capture alongside qualitative feedback.
- Routes cleanly into existing trackers.
Limitations
- Smaller integration ecosystem than Jira.
- The interface is dense and takes time to learn.
- Less common, so new hires need onboarding.
- Doing two jobs means it is not the best at either.
- Response-volume pricing can surprise on high-traffic sites.
- Web only.
